Keynote and panel: Does It Get Better?

After a dozen suicides of LGBT youth in 2010, gay writer Dan Savage launched the hugely popular viral video campaign “It Gets Better” to send a message to LGBT youth and provide a platform for allies of the LGBT community to voice their support. But does it just get better? Exploring the suicide of a gay youth and personal friend, Black gay writer and activist Kenyon Farrow analyzes of the It Gets Better Campaign, LGBT Youth suicides, and provides some answers as to what it means to be an ally of the LGBT community.

    I really enjoyed your keynote for the QPoC Con at Riverside. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to attend your Sunday morning workshop. Is there any way for individuals who did not attend to get an outline of key points you addressed?
